We hope you love your Pawloe order as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
How to return:
- Send an email to info@pawloe.com with your order number.
- Wait for our return instructions.
- Ship your order to the provided address.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.
Return Period:
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All labels and packaging must be intact.
- For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We do not offer a direct exchange service.
If you want a different size or product, please return your item according to our return policy and simply place a new order through our webshop.
Return Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending your return with track & trace.
